Little town La Joya Texas. On the river and constantly patrolled by homeland security. A police force that is seriously 8% of the population and the best school system in the state. I love it there.

Sugarland, or Plano. www.forbes.com/pictures/egim45edhe/1-pla… Plano got #1 in America for safest city. Suburbs of Houston are also safe.
