Nothing, it's just like any other part of the ocean. Just hard to navigate. Of course there are some myths you can find about it.

Nothing.
The US Coast Guard and insurers like Lloyd's of London keep records of shipping and aviation losses in the purported "Bermuda Triangle". Despite all of the mythology surrounding it, the loss rate per area is less than off the Pacific Coast of the US.
If the Bermuda Triangle really were dangerous sea/airspace, the good folks in the insurance industry would cheerfully charge more to insure vessels, aircraft, and cargo crossing it.
Authors like Charles Berlitz who make their living on the Triangle myth have of course played up its apparent properties. They use the Texas Sharpshooter Fallacy to define the Triangle to encompass high profile disasters. They cherry-pick incidents to suit their confirmation bias. They neglect details of solved mysteries. They neglect to present any real statistics about the relative number of incidents.

There's nothing really illogical about the Bermuda Triangle. The disappearances are nothing but a biased fallacy. Nothing really out-of-the-ordinary actually happens, and most people just think it does for the fun and mystery of it all.

You sail or fly on and come out the other side.
Unless of course you crash or sink and disappear off the face of the earth. In which case nobody knows what happens.
