Is Badgerland Council Inc. a city

I was doing research for a school project on the girl scout and it said they did something in Badgerland Council Inc. Is that a city somewhere??

That is the official corporate identity of the Girl Scouts of America in Wisconsin. http://gsbadgerland.org/

So whoever it was did whatever it was for the Wisconsin Girl Scouts.

Edit: My husband said I should tell you that his mother, who recently passed away at age 100, left a note that asked for her obituary to mention her involvement in Badgerland council.
