02*{1/(1+sRC)}. the inverse transform is 0.02*[exp{-t/ (RC)].Conisder inv transform of 1/ (1+ sRC). The inverse transform is exp(-t/RC), When this is multiplied by 0.......
V (s) = 0.02
________

0.02s + 1

Determine using inverse Laplace transforms, the voltage in the time domain ?

In effect, what you need is inv transform of 0.02/ (0.02s+1). this is of the form 0.02*{1/(1+sRC)}. the inverse transform is 0.02*[exp{-t/ (RC)].
Conisder inv transform of 1/ (1+ sRC). The inverse transform is exp(-t/RC), When this is multiplied by 0.02, you get the result indicated above.
