through the process of evaporation?
A. They will combine to form runoff and flow into rivers, lakes, and oceans.
B. They will cool and form dew, clouds, or fog through condensation.
C. They will fall to Earth as precipitation in the form of rain, sleet, or snow.
D. They will undergo transpiration and become water vapor.

A. is what happens once it's hit the ground not the atmosphere so it's out.
B. sounds right. Once entering the atmosphere the heated up water vapor (that's the process of evaporation) cools back down (the atmosphere is cooler than the Earth you see). Their it will condense until it's heavy enough to fall to Earth as precipitation!
C. it's what happens after B (condensation is what it's called)
D. Is what plants do... so it's out!
Transpiration/Evaporation then turns to Condensation then Precipitation then Runoff then back to Transpiration or Evaporation :) and repeat!
