Anything is possible. However, it would take a LOT of people with a LOT of buckets. And then, there is the further problem of "Where do you put all of the water you are collecting?"

I think so being that with all the pollution people put in the air its making a hole in our atomsphere that's why its gettin much hotter and the more hot it gets the more the icebergs will melt so I rather be on top of water instead of being below it!
