Please help me figure out why i'm wrong in this equation. we start with 9.68x10^2 kg/m^3 and we wanna convert it to g/cm^3. so i divide by 100 to convert it to kg/cm and then multiply it by 1000 to get the equation in g/cm so doing my math right it should be 9.68x10^3 correct? please help because i keep getting it wrong and im not sure why

use dimensional analysis!
(9.68 x 10^2 kg / m³) x (1000g / 1kg) x (1m / 100cm)³ = __ g / cm³
so.. type this in your calculator machine
9.68e2 x 1000 / 100^3 = ?
and you'll get
9.68x10^-1 g / cm³
(9.68 x 10^2 kg / m³) x (1000g / 1kg) x (1m / 100cm)³ = __ g / cm³
so.. type this in your calculator machine
9.68e2 x 1000 / 100^3 = ?
and you'll get
9.68x10^-1 g / cm³
