A-)You have 100 ml of a 10% stock solution and you want to make 250ml of a 1% solution. How much stock solution will you need?
B-) You have 1L of a 1M stock solution and you want to make 1L of a 250mM solution. how much stock solution will you need?
C-)Molecular weight of compound A = 80g/mole
How much compound A do you need to make 100ml of 5% solution?
Work is appreciated so i can figure out what im doing wrong!

(250 ml) x (0.01) / (0.10) = 25 ml of 10% solution needed
(1 L) x (0.250 M) / (1 M) = 0.250 L of 1M solution needed
Supposing the density of the 5% solution is the same as water:
(100 g) x (0.05) = 5 g of A
(1 L) x (0.250 M) / (1 M) = 0.250 L of 1M solution needed
