I am have an Apple tree in my backyard and I notice that all of the leaves in this tree have yellow spots. It looks like a pague. Now my question is how do i get rid of it and what do i need to do Please help.. And most of the apples have brown dots too :(

A lot of apple diseases are fungus related. If I had to guess, I would say that you may have Alternaria Leaf Blotch. I've put a link to an excellent resource for apple disease identification. I suggest you check it out and make your own diagnosis. Better yet, take a sample to a nursery or county extension service and they can easily identify it for you.
I believe that most trees infected with a fungus are 'incurable'. That said, you can treat an infected tree with good results. It involves spraying a fungicide periodically throughout the year. Also, removing the leaves which drop in the fall and thoroughly cleaning beneath the tree is important.
