when im in chem class i just cant seem 2 focus im either daydreaming, looking around the room or my brain shuts down entirely the teach isnt boring or anything i just cant help it i tell myself 2 focus but before i know it im daydreaming or something and im easily distracted 2 wuts wrong with me?

Nothing is wrong with you. I assume your in high school because your taking Chem. So its natural for you to be out of focus. Your probably not getting enough sleep because of hormones or something. But dont worry I know a lot of people that cant focus. And besides, school is boring!! natural reaction. dont worry :)

If you take it in the morning, then drink some coffee. If you take it in the afternoon, then look into caffeine supplements, they help tremendously.
