Nitrogen dioxide has the formula NO2. This means that for every 1 mole of NO2 you have 2 moles of O. Thus if you have 5 moles of NO2 you have a total of 10 moles of O in it. In 1 mole of anything there is 6.022E23 atoms in it (avogradro's number) thus the total number of O atoms in NO2 is 6.022E23 x 10=6.022E24.
