I have the balanced equation Ag2SO4(aq)+MgCl2(aq)------->2AgCl+MgSO4
Could you also show me how to do the complete ionic equation as well?

The complete ionic equation is just breaking apart the ions of the aqueous substances.
2Ag+ + SO4-2 + Mg+2 + 2Cl- --------> Mg+2 + SO4-2 + 2AgCl(s)
AgCl does not dissolve in water. Since the ions Mg+2 and SO4-2 are the same on both sides, you can go ahead and cross them out, leaving you with the net ionic equation:
2Ag+ + 2Cl- ---------> 2AgCl(s)
2Ag+ + SO4-2 + Mg+2 + 2Cl- --------> Mg+2 + SO4-2 + 2AgCl(s)

2Ag+ + 2Cl- ---------> 2AgCl(s)
