Yes, but you wouldn't like it. Not the process, nor the expense. It is not possible to gold plate hair as you would other metals, but it is possible to produce a thin layer of gold on hair by a process called sputtering. This is where gold, essentially as a gas, is layered onto a substance essentially atom by atom.
