What is the expected product from the addition of HBr to CH3-CH2-CH=CH2?

The pi bond is the weakest, so it is the one that will be broken in this reaction. Markovnikov's Rule does apply in this example, so the hydrogen will go to the carbon which was participating in the pi bond and has the most hydrogens, the CH2. The Br will stick to the other carbon, so you get:

CH3-CH2-CH-CH3
