i have to classify the types of matter based on their properties and composition

a solid that contains only one unique type of particle
and
two liquids mixed homogeneouly

Any pure metal works for the first one (lithium, iron, gold, silver...)

The second one could be a lot of stuff. Water and ethanol for example
