What effects do these things have on the human body?

The reason why I ask is because I want to buy a supplement that's supposed to be a legal alternative to a drug. I want to know if the ingredients actually work at what they're supposed to do. I've had enough of wasting money on supplements that don't work, so I just want to know if there's any merit to this one.
