I need to streak for isolation. How do I streak my unknown bacteria from my broth onto a TSA plate? Please tell me the steps I need to do in basic terms, please. thank you
AND please no rude answers! I don't need that right now. I'm very confused on how to do this and sadly, my teacher wont help me and isn't very helpful so I'm basically figuring out everything on my own. Please help. Thanks

1) you must streak the TSA plate with a loop :

2) after 24 h. you can made sub-colture taking 1 isolated colony and streaking on a new TSA plate.
If there are colonies of different appearance, it will make several TSA plates (and you can made also the gram stain now)
3) after 24 h. , on every TSA plate there will be a pure colture . now you can make gram stain to differentiate G+ from G- and the morphology.
