Many insects have hearts but their other systems are quite different. The goo that comes out when you stepon them is hemolymph. It's basically their version of blood and lymphatic fluid all mixed together. Insects like the grasshopper don't have blood vessels or lymph vessels like we do, they have a system that pushes the hemolymph out to their bodies and then draws it back in and recirculates. The fluid is filtered just not by kidneys like we have.

Yeah, Imagine If they don't have organs how they produce eggs and etc. Even insect go to process of sexual intercourse.

They don't have lungs as far as I know.
