Hi im 23 yr old male i joined army and they told me i have a O Neg blood type and on my dogtags said, and i just found out from my mom that when i was born they told her and said in my doc's that i have O Pos blood type, is there a way that blood can transform?

No. Someone is mistaken. Blood is made by the red marrow in you bones, and they are programed to make one type of blood only. Cross transfusion cause the blood in your body to attack these non-self blood inorder to protect you. That is unless the blood given you is compatible with your own blood. Your bood can make only one type of blood.
