Eye colour is a multi-allele inheritence, as is skin and hair colour. Chances are they will be somewhere between blue and brown, but that is a big range. It is unlikely that they will be either completely blue or dark brown.
Even what we call blue or brown has some variation, from pale to dark blue, and light to very dark brown, due to inheritence of other alleles, including the separate green eye allele.
