Yes, it is possible but very unrealistic. Not sure if this infromation is true or false but i think they actually tried to nuke the moon and then the moon vibrated for hours like a big metal ball. Go to youtube and search for "David Icke inner moon theory".

There is plenty of evidence that aliens didn't build the moon. Mostly because scientists know exactly how the moon came to be.

Observe what? The earth? Good plan, build an incredibly and pointlessly large lump of rock 1/4 the size of the target whose mass gravitational attraction will drastically alter what you are observing. What for?
