So i heard there was going to be a solar eclipse today so i looked it up. I saw a lot of pictures and in the pictures there were people wearing glasses. If i want to see the solar eclipse do I have to wear a special kind of glasses? Will it affect my eye sight if i dont wear anything?

Yes, it is very harmful to your eyes to look directly at an eclipse. The easiest, safe way to look at it is through a digital camera. You could also use a pinhole projector or a special type of polarizing glasses, which are both hard to find.
