i was thinking about Einstein's theory of Special Relativity
it says that time isnt constant but speed is.
which made me ponder three questions
1. can something be completely motionless?
2. does time stop for something completely motionless?
3.they say time stops for photons because they are moving at light speed. does time also stop at 0 speed?

Define Speed.
Speed is always relative to something. I.E 40 Mph, 2 Light Years, 22 km
All these speeds are relative to something
Something can be completely motionless only when speaking in relative terms.
Example:
You have an atom of Boron that is in the Bose-Einstein state. You have suspended this atom in an magnetic capsule so that the atom is exactly in the middle and unable to move. You have even built a machine the moves with the earths rotation and movement along the axis
