Everyone is the center of their own universe. There's nothing unusual about that feeling. Being certain the YOU are the center of any one else's universe, with maybe the exceptions of your mother and father, IS narcissistic.

When you start to realize that you are not the center of any one else's universe, that is the beginning of psychological maturity. I don't think you've reached that point yet. Many people never do reach that point. I see examples of it on YA constantly.
