No on two counts. First, if your question gets deleted its probably because it broke a rule, or someone just thought it was very VERY silly. Can't imagine why. Really. I wouldn't report it as being silly. Trust me. Second, your premise is faulty. "the left overs are more controllable"? Humans can be readily controlled now by merely adding a new reality TV show or something with initials in it. CSI or something. CSI: Disneyland? Maybe something with ghosts. Ghost Marriage Counselors?

Basically, people aren't very bright. They watch Youtube and believe nonsense. They watch Fox News and believe nonsense. They watch the sky and see things that aren't there.

I recommend:

Read a book. Learn a new game. Consider "Munchkin", a card game where you learn to "never step on a duck in a dungeon". Go outside and play. Always finish your homework. Talk to your parents. Turn OFF the TV. Sell the TV. Spackle over the cable outlet.

Area 51 does exist, just north of Las Vegas. It is part of Edwards AFB and Nellis AFB. It used to be the Nuclear test site. Now the Air Force tests new aircraft there.
