The data from SETI is in. It's awful quiet out there. Even after spending TWO MILLION YEARS of computer time on a vast network searching for signals, they found none. Noone is transmitting anything in space.

Then there is the exoplanet search that found nothing. The Kepler mission looked at 100,000 stars. All it found is a thousand unstable planetary systems that are incapable of producing life. Multiply ZERO by billions and you still get ZERO. There aint any inhabited planets. Thats why noone is broadcasting signals.
But then again if people have wrecked their brain from watching all those Hollywood productions about aliens, and they've totally debased themselves by looking at those excruciating aliens sites, then real scientific data isn't going to really sink in is it?
There are people who make money from the gullible by promoting goofy aliens, but
the scientific evidence is clear: We re alone.

I think there are other beings out there. I of course don't think we are the only thing in this galaxy. Perhaps we look just like the aliens, that we were brought here because their earth/planet was in distress, and they sent us here to keep their species alive. In the old times, they had drawings of Atlantis, going into the air, instead of in the water like we thought. Who knows?

I think that if we really knew the answer to that then it would have made the News and everyone would know and there would be no need to speculate.

it depends on what you mean by aliens, i dont think there are really any aliens out there, we have travelled millions of light years with satalites etc and found no living organism yet.
