Where would I go to college?
-
Usually, you do not need an official degree in anything to become a sea animal trainer, however, some requirements for applicants to these types of jobs are previous coursework in Biology, Zoology, and animal Psychology. So, I don't suppose it matters where you go to college, but I suggest you try your hardest to get into the best college or university as possible. If you are in high school right now, you can volunteer at an aquarium. I'm not sure which area you live in, but, if you live anywhere near Vancouver, the Vancouver Aquarium is a great place to get your start. I volunteered there this summer and was offered an internship in training dolphins and beluga whales.
