Honestly these things are absolute Hell Spawns. Finding shelter in the winter by going inside a nice warm house--sure I can understand, but this is a different story. I was taking a shower minding my business and I see there's a stink bug pretty much across the bathroom so I leave it be BUT when I open the curtain it is pretty much right next to me and decides to fly right at me, and I notice it flew on the curtain when I closed it proving that it was trying to get either onto or in the shower!!!
I swear its like this ALL THE TIME. I let them rest on the wall or ceiling but at some point or another they end up buzzing and flying all around me in attempts to get on my body.
I know this probably isn't a good argument at all and I'm overreacting; I just want to know what is so attractive about the human body to stink bugs that they feel the need to storm right at us!
Oh and I wasn't exactly sure what category this should be placed in sorry...

First, these harmless shield bugs can be a pest in numbers, and may come indoors with opportunity.
Although they do have wings and can fly, they rarely do, and then, only short distances.
I have never heard of them swarming humans, so I question what insect you may have.
Box elder bugs may display this behavior, but the only thing that will attract them is heat(such as body heat) or pheromones.(like odors)
These bugs are hard to rid indoors, but outdoors, they will disappear with the first good frost.
Although these are really nothing more than nuisance, you might take steps to rid them, or at least reduce their numbers.

Sounds pretty scary...
You have a stink bug stalker! Maybe it's our body heat or smell. I've been attacked multiple times, but maybe it's just coincidence that they land on us.
