Well you see that gigantic tail that they have? They don't use it. It's just for decoration. What they secretly use are jet packs which the underwater god, Poseidon made for them to patrol and guard his vast kingdom. When they find someone who is going against his laws, they kill them with missiles that they hid in their mouths. Then they feast on their dead victims.
