My apartment is the home to many spiders. The first picture one is living between my sink and toilet and is carrying an egg sack and the second one was just relaxing next to my bed. I don't want to move the one next to the toilet unless it is dangerous because I have a pet. Please and thanks :)

Your toilet spider is a cellar spider, the genus and species are pretty tricky, but since you're in Erie (I'm in Pittsburgh!), and the abdomen is so long I think your spider is probably Pholcus phalangioides. Harmless spider that is also very beneficial to have around. They're pretty tough for looking so fragile!
Your bed spider is an easy one! They're a fishing spider, Dolomedes tenebrosus. They're very common in Western PA and are totally harmless.

The first appears to be a common cellar spider, but I don't think that they carry egg sacs. I think their egg sacs are fixed. I'm very puzzled. There are certain wasps that parasitize spiders, and I'm wondering if the white objects might be pupal cases. I just can't see details in your photo. I'd be very grateful if you'd contact me at my Yahoo address so that we could arrange for you to send the spider to me.
The second spider is a huntsman. I'm not a spider expert, so I can't give you a more specific identification.

The Toilet Spider I would say is some type of long legged cellar spider.
The Bed Spider looks like a common wolf spider to me.
Both are harmless.
Bulldog is right..the bed spider could be a Huntsman (where are u at?). The Huntsman is native to Australia.
