What is the longest anything can go without food and/or water

-An encysted tardigrade (water bear) can last many, many years.They probably hold the record, although Im not sure what the record is.Probably nobody knows for sure, but Id expect it to be centuries at least.......

Any creature. Do any of you guys know?
I tried Googling, but all my results came up based on humans.

First thing that came to mind as far as going without water was a Camel. I believe it's 2 weeks they can go without drinking. Now as far as eating, that's a tough one.
