There's only one other thing you could do, capture the injured deer and nurse it back to health. The problem with this is that the mother might object, think you are attacking her baby, and attack you. Another problem is that, after you examine it closely, you may find that it need the care of a vet, and this will cost money... though they might do it for free. If you take it from the mother, she might just leave the area, and then you are responsible for its care. You could feed it and care for it until it was better and could take care of itself, and it would make a pretty cool pet, until it reaches its sexual maturity and takes off on you-- though it might come back now and then. Just know that if you interfere, it will probably mean you will have to take care of it, so be sure you want and can handle that responsibility. It's a nice thing that you want to help it, and I hope you will decide to do so. If you do, I suggest you enlist the aid of an adult to help you catch it safely, and without hurting it more. Good luck.

Call a vet over and see if they can help it. Gather food for it and take care of it. You could even set up a stable like wat horses use and let it live in their. It was probably hit by a car and broke some legs. Poor thing I hope you can save it

Poor baby deer. Maybe you should leave the poor guy alone and see what his mother is doing. Usually, you'd get ideas by this website about deer:
