A bee was in my apartment and I wanted to get it out without having to kill it. The bee was also trying to get out through a closed window that I could not open because it is very high. So I tried to get the bee on a dustpan connected to a broom to see if I could take it out through my back window. It would keep flying back to the window so I wiped the dustpan and put some honey on it and it actually stayed eating the honey. Then when it felt the outside breeze, it flew away. So my questions are "do bees actually like the processed honey in a bottle?" and when it gets back home, what would it most likely do with the honey it sucked up? just eat and digest?

Most likely the honey that you have is mostly authentic honey. I can't imagine much artificial things they could put in there. And most likely the bee will eat the honey because the stuff they suck up and bring back to the hive is nectar from flowers, which they turn it into honey. If you give them honey they will most likely eat it.
