Last weekend, we were all fishing and my mom brought orange clothing and swimsuit with us. We fished for two days and two snakes, (one was a water moccasin) (the other we couldn't see because it was nighttime) chased her. At the time, she was currently wearing orange. A neon orange. Was this attracting the snakes? She was fishing with the pole and saw a snake and she moved spots and it followed her twice down the lake. It was in the water coming right AT her. Got very close before my daddy shot em.

Tee hee.
They aren't attracted to orange, and they most CERTAINLY don't chase/follow people.
Just out of curiosity, may I ask where you live? Snakes farther south are often more active simply because the temperature is higher.
