Is it possible to tan from moonlight

but not well at all.-i think that the moon reflects the suns UV rays in such a minute amount compared to the direct sun rays that i doubt any sort of tan is really possible.-The moon doesnt actually emit UV rays, the only UV rays that would end up on you are the few that reflected off the moon from the sun.-yah, its great cause you can lay out naked and noone will ever see you-Nope it has no sun raise-no.......
The moon only reflects about 8% of the light it receives; this includes UV light. The ozone layer absorbs most, if not all, the UV light that make it that far and that leaves very little to be absorbed by your skin, promoting your tan, assuming there aren't any clouds in the way. Such low levels of UV is unlikely to promote much of a tan in any healthy person, but technically, you can tan from moonlight, but not well at all.
