How long in general a 5v RGB strip light(2835) 3 ft long will last on a 10000 mAH Power bank ? Even a rough idea will be helpful. Thnx?

and your power supply is 10 A hr
so 10 A hr / 0.4 A -> 25 hours.

This is based on an assumption about the brightness and power of the strip.
It is generally a bad idea to fully discharge a battery so you should put it to the test initially and then always run it to no more than 90% of the full discharge time.
