Photoelectric smoke alarm EMFS?
I purchased a few photoelectric smoke detectors and I had them sitting on my table and for some reason I was holding a box and I slammed it onto another box just like you would slam a book onto a table, did anything break in those two and can it cause electromagnetic frequency’s to come out. honest evident answers only

That covers everything from radio waves to gamma waves. Since infrared is between those, the answer is obviously yes.

billrussell42 say: I doubt you broke anything, but it's possible. The detectors have a self test feature, just push the test button.

As to "cause electromagnetic frequency’s to come out", that is a pretty meaningless statement. Do you mean "was any EM radiation emitted"? The answer is no.
