By penetrating the wall this greatly reduces the speed necessary.
In fact if you outfitted the tip of this with a poultice explosive to vaporize the wall you would simply walk up at a steady pace, destroy the wall and walk in.
Incidentally this technique also works on border walls whether made of concrete or steel.
So there is a wide open market for sales of the equipment once perfected.
