Can dreams be explained by the relativity of time? I mean: sometimes we sleep for 1 hour, and we dream about events that can happen in years or at least a day... ?

The age can definitely change. Not because time will be different but because we will have more and more precise means of determining the occurrence of the big bang in relation to spacial expansion and whatever else. It is the best approximation we have for the age of the universe at this time to solely to studying the expansion of the universe and backtracking.
The 2nd question is much more intruiging but in short relativity definitely does not explain it. As in there is no formula to look to and say yes that is what dreams are. Also relativity of time as developed by Einstein rejected the idea of time being able to go backwards or even pause. Though in a simple thought experiment time in the past obviously existed and current time must obviously exist as well.
We don't know enough about the brain, let alone what causes dreams, to say what causes premonitions in dreams to occur. But it definitely does happen, is it just because we have a trillion human beings on the earth and a few of them will have dreams that allign with the future or is the future actually travelling back in time we don't know at this point and will need to understand the brain better before we can address that scientifically.

First of all, scientists are stupid, there is absolutely no way to prove that the universe is that old, god aint takin notes. Second, dreams can be many things, fast forwarded, and even a link to the future (deja-vu). Some say dreams link to the spirit relm, which time flows by almost seamlessly
