You might have more than 1 ghost present. You might try to communicate with her to see what she wants. Definelty she wants recognition. I lived with a very friendly ghost for a couple of years. It really depends on what the ghost wants that will determine if they are a danger a problem or just someone to make friends with.

I suggest you to read a short amount of bible like 2 pages before you go to bed or after you feel soneone is in there with you. You can also try praying. But if it gets serious go see a priest.

Logical help would be suggesting a call to your physician for a checkup. There are no ghosts or hauntings. Your friends who report seeing ghosts are either mistaken or lying.

Leave it alone. It hasn't done anything to try to harm anyone yet, and it doesn't sound like you're distressed by it's presence, so leave it be. You can live a perfectly peaceful life with a ghost, you just have to put up with a few things that people in non-haunted houses don't.

Unless, of course, it distinctly tries to communicate with or harm you in any way - in that case, contact a paranormal investigation team or a medium (whichever you can find/afford). And if it's just appearing to you for now, don't worry; they may deny it at first, but it'll make itself known to the others in the house as well.
