i've always had a really demented sleeping life and i have really stupid dreams on top of it lol. anyway i've realised that every single morning, i'm waking up at exactly 4:49 AM. i usually fall asleep again later after waking up at that time, but there's no morning where i do not open my eyes at 4:49 AM. what kind of sleeping pattern is this?
by the way, i've never set an alarm clock for that time before, so there should be no reason for me to always wake up at that time.

is your body clock. happens to me too,(I get up on weekdays at 7:00 and I always end up waking at that time even on weekends and holidays.) its only natural.
But it could be something else, like birds singing that wake you up or a noisy neighbour. I'm not really sure.

Your body has got used to waking up at that time and it has now become a habit. I guess this called a body-clock event.
