No heaven or hell, our bodies decompose to become part of the earth once again. What happens to us when we die and how we are born though I believe has very little to do with the premise for your question. Those things are answered by living in and of itself not necessarily the literal processes of death and birth.

There's no evidence for any sort of existence after death, or any other lives. So make the most of what you have and don't count on getting another go at it.
Deja vu is a brain glitch, probably caused by your brain storing a new memory as a long-term one, making you think you've seen it before. But it's not paranormal.

no religion we'll then if i'm not wrong our brain makes us do what we do like walk for baby's they cant walk at first but then they see us do it their brain tells them yeah do it how they are my point being if you don't want to bring religion in to the mix then nothing really happens when you die your brain shuts down and thats it or choice 2 wait and see choice 3 when i die and if i come back as a spirit i'll let you know

Life is eternal- the fact that we are alive now means we will NEVER die, just change form and memories. Our experiences here on Earth will be added to a cosmic 'total', and we can look back from time to time and see how we progress. Progress to what? The fun lies in the mystery!

it is possible that heaven is just a simulated reality created by chemicals in you brain after you die. As a Catholic person, i prefer to believe in heaven and hell. it is somewhat motivating, if you catch my drift.

Our bodies don't disappear. However, they do decompose, so your "dust" can finish up everywhere.
As for our thoughts and so on, they just stop. When they stop they stop, unless there's some mechanism that would allow transportation of those thoughts. But then, you're getting into religion, either postulating the existence of a soul or some kind of overself that allows for reincarnation.
However, here's a nice little thought: we all only exist to pass a message from one supreme being to another. The message is through DNA and RNA, and it can pass from generation to generation....
