That's just sad.
Squatting leaves you in a dangerous position if your legs contract. Lie down.
And don't weart the jeans. The thick materials creates a chance that the probes won't make good contact with your skin, and that causes th arcing that makes heat, which can burn you. If the electrodes make good contact, you won't get burned.
This is stilll a dumb idea.
