Either you posted the wrong problem, or you took bad notes in class !......
http://draw.to/D2hzhfR ---> its like this ...

can some1 show step by step...

the answer you display is NOT CORRECT !

Properties of exponents (with like bases)

(a^m)*(a^n) = a^(m + n)

(a^m) / (a^n) = a^(m - n)

[(x^2) (x^(4/5)) (4) / x^5] = 4[x^(10/5) * x^(4/5)] / x^(25/5) = 4[x^{(10/5) + (4/5) - (25/5)}] =

4[x^(- 11/5)] = 4/[x^(11/5)]
