How to get better at math

i suck at math, and I don't think my teacher is good at teaching. I think that's why I'm failing math. and almost the whole class is failing it too.. and. I don't want to go to summer school or repeat 7th grade. and this year is almost over just a few months left, school ends in june 6 .Any tips on how to get better at math ?

I used to hate maths, really! I never liked it when I was doing my secondary school. I can't even solve simple problems. After enrolling to university, I started to change my mind to start loving mathematics since I'm taking computer science course that requires me to be good in Mathematics and analytical thinking. I changed my mind, and the way I think about maths. It's not that hard actually.

In essence, the way you think is actually the first step to lead you to the success!

One way that Im using for studying maths is from tutorials on Youtube. They're free! Many complicated and tedious problems are made easy for us rather than using textbooks that don't really give us clear understanding about the solution.

do brain games on Yahoo! Games in numbers
for addition/subtraction

also get into the division and multiplication games
have fun - and drill baby drill

If you want to improve your maths all you have to do is to try and try different types of mathematical problems.
.get yourself a friend who is good in maths and ask him/her to help you out.

It start with the mind. The secret is constant practise. Since your teacher sucks, find a colleague who is good. Solve questions often and try understand the concepts. Good luck

practice atleast 2 hours regularly 4 maths . and if required, join a tution ...:)
