How can I make an integral sign with numbers on the top and bottom? I need to make an integral sign for my paper from the interval [0,3] but I don't know how to put the numbers next to the integral on the top and bottom. Help please?

Thats the best we can do on YA.
In Microsoft Word you can get better, though. You can use superscripts and subscripts, adjust alignments and size. So on.
But if you are writing a paper with math in it, I recommend embedding actual images of mathematical expressions. There are many ways of doing this, from free handing it in Paint to using a LaTeX rasterizer.
