My son has a bouncy rubber thing which he's counted the sides of, and found 81, it has lots of three sided points all over it and flashes when you drop it.

EDIT: Luke's suggestion of "octacontakaihenagon" is interesting, but note that the root "gon" indicates that it's the name of a two-dimensional figure (a "polygon") rather than a three-dimensional figure (a "polyhedron"). The difference between a polygon and a polyhedron is the difference between a square and a cube.
Using the same prefix, you could certainly claim that an 81-hedron is also called an:
octacontakaihenahedron
and if you're trying to impress your son, that probably sounds sexier. So go with that and give Luke the points.

It's simply a Poly-hedron. Like a cube and icosadodecahedron are both poly-hedrons, so are 81-sided shapes. If we took the time to name every poly-hedron, humanity would fall to anarchy before we reach a solution.
