1) Japan -
Because the temperature is usually pretty warm, they have loads of Job openings and a lot of the people speak English but you should move near the center or to Tokyo because of Tsunami risks. Tokyo however never gets Tsunamis and is very well advanced in technology and other areas.
2) Canada -
It might be very cold but the people there are very friendly and crime is rare. (Same in Tokyo) They are very hospitable and have great food, the only problem is putting up with their accents, lol joke ;) It's kind of like a nicer, colder version of the USA but with less crime and celebs.
3) Ireland -
It's a bit cold at times but there is rarely snow and gets nice and warm in spring and summer. They have a lot of friendly people (if you can avoid the drunks ;) ) and always throw good celebrations - great partyers!

Singapore.Sound security all round. Excellent housing, good infrastructure,easy transportation, low cost of living, lower rate of taxation, good programs of education for the youngs, sound political leadership and clean atmosphere all round.
