Say you were a surgeon, and you took cancerous cells from someone's body. Could it then be possible for said surgeon to transplant them into a healthy body and give that person cancer?

Sure, that's possible. Donated tissue is carefully screened so that transplant recipients don't end up getting cancer (or other diseases, for that matter).
-
It is also possible to "give someone cancer" by poisoning them with carcenogens. You want a light???
-
I believe that the patient's immune system would react to the foreign cells, and would, most likely, destroy them.

maybe idk
