Say you were a surgeon, and you took cancerous cells from someone's body. Could it then be possible for said surgeon to transplant them into a healthy body and give that person cancer?

Sure, that's possible. Donated tissue is carefully screened so that transplant recipients don't end up getting cancer (or other diseases, for that matter).

It is also possible to "give someone cancer" by poisoning them with carcenogens. You want a light???
