Wondering If it's possible to mod a computer power supply in the way I want

3, 5, and 12 volt rails.I need 9, 10, and 12 volt power so Im wondering if it would be possible to change the 3.......
I have many old console game systems that I still use. Right now I use 4 outlet strips for all the transformers. I want to create one power supply to run most of it to neaten things up and condense the cables. I was trying to find someone that could create a schematic from scratch but after a few replies I'm not sure if that's possible so now I'm wondering if it's possible to mod a computer power supply to change it's output voltages to what i need. I know computer power supplies have 3.3, 5, and 12 volt rails. I need 9, 10, and 12 volt power so I'm wondering if it would be possible to change the 3.3 and the 5 volt lines to 9 and 10 volt lines by modifying it and how i would do it. I know some people use computer power supplies and modify them into adjustable bench top power supplies I'm into computers I only have a limited knowledge of electronics but would be able to build it given a schematic or instructions.

No, you cannot !
Computer power supply uses complex switching technique. You could add more turns to the output power transformer secondary winding to increase the voltage. You need to change all the regulator to meet your requirement. To do that, obtain a circuit diagram first. Second, take out the transformer to change the winding . Third, change the regulator or power FET and zener diode, resistors until it meets your voltage requirement.
